Meyzi Barsah, Sales Process Manager at PWR, brings 15 years of invaluable experience to her role. Having joined PWR eighteen months ago, Meyzi immerses herself in the daily intricacies of coordinating between sales and concept engineers, ensuring seamless information exchange, being responsible for excellence in quotations, providing exemplary demonstrations to our potential customers, and making sure the internal processes are flawless. She holds a crucial position as the sole female engineer in the sales department, surrounded by a team of seven concept engineers and seven sales managers, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process of project validation

What inspired you to pursue a career in sales process management?

Sales and engineering are the bedrock of my professional passions. With a rich background in sales and my natural interest in development of internal processes, PWR provided the perfect platform to combine these interests seamlessly.  

Can you shed light on your daily responsibilities as a Sales Process Manager at PWR?

My main responsibility is to optimize and manage the sales process to ensure the sales team operates efficiently and effectively. My daily responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, from collaborating with the various departments of PWR to making sure the customer requests such as quotations, pick & place tests are well prepared. Effective communication and seamless coordination are paramount to ensuring harmonious operations between sales and especially concept engineers.  

What aspect of working as a Sales Process Manager at PWR excites you the most?

The exhilarating aspect of my role lies in its inherent challenges. I like being part of the solution, helping our organization grow to its potential by improving the internal processes. I thrive in this dynamic environment, constantly pushing the boundaries of what I can achieve. 

Could you elaborate on the technology and tools you utilize to bring our solutions to life at PWR?

AutoCAD serves as one of our primary tools at PWR, the concept team facilitates the creation of intricate 2D drawings to visualize production line layouts for our discerning clients. In sales department, we leverage Zen Desk as our CRM system, ensuring efficient customer management and engagement. 

How does PWR’s positive company culture enhance your experience as a Sales Process Manager?

PWR’s nurturing and collaborative culture form the cornerstone of my professional journey. Here, I not only feel valued but also respected and heard, fostering an environment where innovation flourishes, making each day a rewarding experience.

Effective time management, coupled with unwavering support from my colleagues, is essential. PWR’s emphasis on flexibility, including remote work options and flexible hours, empowers me to excel both professionally and personally, ensuring a harmonious balance. 

How do you envision your future with PWR?

I see myself embarking on a long and fulfilling journey with PWR, aspiring to become a subject matter expert by delving deeper into our business intricacies and understanding our clients’ needs in detail. My commitment lies in growing alongside the company, contributing to its continued success. 

Any final thoughts you’d like to share about being a part of PWR’s Sales team?

Our sales team consists of many experienced, invaluable sales experts. I am excited to be a part of this team, to learn from each other and be successful together.
